Excellent Hospitality for Events

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, it's conveniently located near the pink city attractions, which was a huge plus for me. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff at the front desk, especially Mr. Dharam and Ms. Anjana, were very helpful. However, I did encounter a rude staff member, Suman, which put a damper on my overall visit. The dining experience was quite good, with a decent variety for breakfast, but I felt there could be room for improvement in staff hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located near a local market and the famous Raj Mandir Cinema, making it easy to explore Jaipur. While my room was clean, I did find it a bit on the small side and with a musty odor that lingered even with the AC on. The staff was genuinely kind and attentive, making for a pleasant experience overall. However, the valet parking service was less than ideal, causing some frustration during my stay.

I had a marvelous time at the hotel, especially during our marriage anniversary dinner where the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The hospitality from the staff made our experience memorable. However, I did hear complaints about noise levels from other guests, which might be a concern for some.
